BOMA International Conference & Expo Early Registration Prize Drawing 

Official Rules 

1. Promotion Overview 

Register early for the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo and receive a chance to win one of three prizes. Individuals who purchase a full paid registration for the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo by December 1, 2026, will automatically be entered into a random drawing. 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion begins on the date registration opens for the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 1, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 

3. Eligibility 

The Promotion is open only to individuals who: 

• Purchase a full attendee registration for the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo during the Promotion Period. 

• Pay the registration fee in full by December 1, 2026. 

• Maintain an active registration through the conference. 

• Attend the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The following registration types are not eligible: 

• One-day registrations 

• Complimentary registrations 

• Speaker registrations 

• Staff registrations 

• Exhibitor staff registrations 

• Guest registrations 

• Media registrations 

• Exhibitor-only registrations 

• Tradeshow-only registrations 

• Any discounted, complimentary, partial, or non-attendee registration category 

The following individuals are also not eligible: 

• Employees of BOMA International 

• Members of the BOMA International Executive Committee 

• Members of the BOMA International Board of Governors 

• Immediate family members and household members of the above individuals 

Void where prohibited by law. 

4. How to Enter 

Individuals who purchase and pay in full for a full attendee registration to the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo by December 1, 2026, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing. 

Individuals who purchased a full attendee registration prior to the announcement of this Promotion will also receive one (1) entry provided their registration remains active and paid in full on December 1, 2026. 

No separate entry form is required. 

Limit one (1) entry per person. 

Only one entry will be awarded regardless of the number of registrations, substitutions, purchases, or transactions associated with the registrant. 

Registrations with outstanding balances on December 1, 2026, are not eligible. 

5. Prizes 

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. 

Grand Prize 

One (1) complimentary full registration to the 2028 BOMA International Conference & Expo in San Jose, California valued at the 2027 full registration price. 

The Grand Prize includes conference registration only and does not include airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, parking, incidental expenses, or any other costs associated with attendance. 

Second Prize 

Reimbursement of eligible travel expenses up to $500 USD incurred in connection with attendance at the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo. 

Third Prize 

Reimbursement of eligible meal expenses up to $200 USD incurred during attendance at the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo. 

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, assigned, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash. 

6. Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

The drawing will be conducted byat the BOMA International offices located in Washington, DC on or about December 15, 2026. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

7. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to meet eligibility requirements, does not respond within ten (10) business days, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, BOMA International reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

8. Attendance Requirement 

Prize winners must attend the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Failure to attend the conference may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

BOMA International reserves the right to verify attendance through registration records, badge scans, participation records, or other reasonable methods. 

9. Registration Transfers and Cancellations 

Individuals who cancel their registration prior to attending the conference will forfeit eligibility. 

If a registration is transferred to another individual, the original entrant's drawing entry shall be void. 

Transferred registrations do not automatically transfer eligibility or drawing entries to the new registrant. 

If a winner cancels their registration, fails to attend the conference, or otherwise becomes ineligible, BOMA International may revoke the prize and select an alternate winner. 

10. Reimbursement Prize Requirements 

Recipients of the travel and meal reimbursement prizes must submit itemized receipts and any supporting documentation requested by BOMA International within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the conference. 

Only actual expenses incurred by the winning registrant are eligible for reimbursement. 

Expenses incurred by spouses, guests, companions, coworkers, or other individuals are not eligible. 

Alcoholic beverages are not eligible for reimbursement. 

Prize reimbursement funds will be issued only after: 

• The conclusion of the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo; and 

• All required receipts and supporting documentation have been received and approved by BOMA International. 

No advance payments will be made. 

Reimbursements will not exceed the stated prize amount. 

11. Taxes 

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize. 

12. Publicity 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for BOMA International to use the winner's name, organization, city, state/province, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

13. Right to Disqualify 

BOMA International reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, violates these Official Rules, attempts to manipulate the Promotion, or otherwise interferes with its administration. 

14. Limitation of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree that BOMA International shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. 

15. Force Majeure 

BOMA International reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or substitute any aspect of the Promotion or prizes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the Promotion or either the 2027 or 2028 conference. 

16. Final Decisions 

All decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize awards, reimbursements, interpretation of these Official Rules, and administration of the Promotion shall be made by BOMA International and are final and binding.
