This year’s BOMA International Conference & Expo embraces Where Signals Become Strategy. The program introduces dynamic session formats designed to match different learning preferences, while also organizing content by levels of experience and interest. Artificial Intelligence and Technology
This track focuses on enhancing the capabilities of property professionals to create value for their buildings and tenants. Sessions will explore smart building technology and practical applications for AI for workflows, automation, tenant communication and operational efficiency.

Building Operations and Management
This track focuses on solutions for reducing daily operating costs and maintaining smooth building operations inside and out. Sessions will cover everything from best practices in preventive maintenance to service-level expectations to capital project management to addressing evolving workplace needs that will optimize the occupant’s experience.

Leadership and Professional Development
This track focuses on maximizing your career potential, as well as mentoring and sharpening the talents and leadership skills of others. Sessions will explore communication strategies for diverse teams and tenant groups, managing workload while maintaining personal well-being, how PM skills translate into asset management and other CRE roles, and more.

Market Trends and Future of CRE
This track explores market updates, leasing trends, industrial demand, office recovery patterns, amenity evolution, flexible spaces, preparedness, and long-term asset strategy. There will also be a focus on Building Performance Standards (BPS), changing energy markets, grid constraints, electrification, renewables, energy procurement, regulatory changes, and the impact of data centers on local policy, energy demand and zoning.

Executive Experience
This exclusive, invitation-only track is designed for C-Suite and Senior executives, providing exclusive sessions focused on the most pressing issues impacting CRE companies, and a forum where senior executives share ideas and perspectives.

Essentials
These sessions cover the fundamentals of operating and managing commercial properties. Ideal for both new property professionals and seasoned professionals seeking the latest trends and evolving best practices.

Executive Experience Track*

Earn Continuing Education Units (CEU)

RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, ARM, CPM, CCM
All sessions at the BOMA International Conference and Expo qualify for RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, ARM, CPM, and CCM renewal and continuing professional development credits.

GBCI Continuing Education Hours for LEED Credential Maintenance
Sessions approved for GBCI continuing education for LEED credential maintenance are noted in the session listings.

AIA Learning Units
BOMA International is an approved AIA-CES provider. All keynote and concurrent education sessions qualify for AIA Learning Units (LU).

Building Operator Certification (BOC)
BOMA International is an approved NEEC provider. All keynote and concurrent education sessions qualify for BOC renewal.

Real Estate License Renewal
For states that allow self-reporting for real estate license renewal, attendees can use the Certificates of Attendance provided by BOMA International, based on session attendance, to report their continuing education.
